Shipping and Returns
Which courier do you use?
We use Fed Ex for all USA standard and next weekday deliveries. We use DHL for most international customers.
What are your shipping fees?
FedEx Ground: Free
FedEx 2 Day: $18
FedEx Priority Overnight: $25
Please note Free Ground Shipping does not apply to international orders or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.
Standard Order Processing Times
Orders placed on a next day delivery service between Monday to Friday before 1pm PST, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed between Monday to Friday after 1pm PST, will be shipped the next working day. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST thru Sunday will be processed the following Monday and can take up to two business days to ship. Any orders placed after 1 pm or on a bank holiday on this service will be delivered within 2 working days. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and on most major holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
The Sancy has partnered with International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. International Checkout is a leading international ordering provider offering secure international transactions and customer support.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from The Sancy. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
All eligible purchases will include a prepaid return shipping label with our carrier of choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. Customers are welcome to use their shipping method of choice; however, return shipping cost for a third-party shipping service is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by our company. Refunds and Returns
What is your refund policy for items purchased from the website?
The Sancy is happy to offer a refund or exchange on any perfect merchandise, with all tags attached returned within 14 days of receiving your item and with the despatch note. The Sancy reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Please use the free returns label found in your parcel to return the items back to our warehouse in the USA. Any item(s) returned after the 14 day timeframe will be shipped back to the customer. Refunds will be made in the form of the original form of payment.
All merchandise from our SALE category is Final Sale, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Any swimwear that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be. If we receive such items the items will be returned to you.
For exchanges, please return your full priced item(s) for a refund and place a new online order for the correct item(s).
If you purchased The Sancy merchandise at a boutique, department store, or other online retailer please return it back to that store or retailer. The Sancy is not responsible for merchandise purchased from any other wholesale carrier or other distribution channel.
If I return an item to you, is my postage refunded?
The initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described, incorrect orders or orders cancelled within 14 days.
My payment card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
The Sancy is required to process all refunds to the original payment method applied when you placed your order. This is the case even if the payment card used has now expired, or your account has been closed or cancelled. Normally, in this case a refund will automatically be processed to the same account. If you have another payment card with the same issuing bank, they can typically apply the refund to your new card. If you no longer have a credit card with that bank, as an alternative they may be able to issue your refund by cheque.
How can I exchange an item purchased on the website?
This isn’t currently possible, but you have the option to either return and reorder online.
One of my items has been cancelled? Why did this happen?
Items can be cancelled if there was an issue with locating stock or we could not process your payment details. No money will be taken for these items.
I’ve missed the returns deadline.
Regrettably, our 14-day policy means we are unable to accept returns outside the stated period.
When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You can expect the refund to reach your account within 1-7working days.
Can I return items if the tag is no longer attached to the item?
We will not accept returns of any items that have the tags removed or have been visibly worn.
